1. Payment Provider
All payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). FRDESIGN never sees or stores your full card number, CVC, or expiry date.
2. Accepted Methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and SEPA where available.
3. Currencies
Payments are charged in USD. Conversion rates for cards in other currencies are set by your bank.
4. Security
All transactions are protected by 3-D Secure (SCA) under PSD2. Connections use TLS 1.2+ encryption.
5. Receipts
An electronic receipt is sent automatically by Stripe to the email used at checkout.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment is declined, the order is not confirmed. Please contact your bank or try a different payment method.
7. Subscriptions
Recurring plans are billed automatically by Stripe on the same day each month until cancelled.
